Un quarto di secolo dopo l&#8217;acquisizione da parte della direzione, l&#8217;azienda di logistica di medie dimensioni affronta le crescenti sfide della concorrenza.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Raubling) &#8220;Il mercato determina i prezzi. Il nostro compito \u00e8 rappresentare i costi senza compromettere la qualit\u00e0. La concorrenza \u00e8 diventata decisamente pi\u00f9 intensa, motivo per cui investiamo maggiormente in processi digitali e tecnologie moderne&#8221;, afferma Josef Hei\u00df, socio amministratore. Insieme a Franz Wei\u00df, guida l&#8217;azienda verso la prossima fase aziendale.<\/p>\n<p>Dal Management-Buy-Out nel 1999, quando la BTK \u00e8 partita come ex spedizione di gruppo con circa 100 dipendenti e 25 milioni di euro di fatturato, l&#8217;azienda si \u00e8 costantemente sviluppata. Oggi la BTK conta 370 dipendenti e genera oltre 100 milioni di euro di fatturato \u2013 una chiara prova del percorso di crescita sostenibile.<\/p>\n<p>Importanti traguardi di questo sviluppo sono stati l&#8217;investimento in un proprio parco veicoli (2007), l&#8217;espansione della logistica contrattuale (2014) e il trasferimento della sede aziendale a Raubling (2023). Attualmente, la BTK gestisce 38.000 m\u00b2 di superficie logistica e una flotta di 320 veicoli, distribuiti equamente tra il proprio parco veicoli e partner di noleggio fissi. Come uno dei maggiori datori di lavoro nella regione di Rosenheim, la BTK punta sulla crescita organica e su una struttura aziendale indipendente e a conduzione familiare.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>I costi aumentano pi\u00f9 rapidamente dei prezzi<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Nel 1999, al momento dell&#8217;acquisizione, il costo di un carico di trasporto da Monaco ad Amburgo era in media di 700 euro, mentre i costi chilometrici per un camion erano di 75 centesimi. Oggi i costi per chilometro \u2013 comprese le tasse e l&#8217;aumento dei prezzi del diesel \u2013 ammontano a circa 1,75 euro, mentre il prezzo di trasporto \u00e8 salito a 1.250 euro. Questo sviluppo corrisponde a un adeguamento dei prezzi di appena dieci percento, mentre i costi di produzione corretti per l&#8217;inflazione sono aumentati del 45 percento.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I nostri clienti hanno oggi aspettative pi\u00f9 elevate. Richiedono soluzioni di trasporto pi\u00f9 sostenibili e una trasparenza continua nei processi. Finora siamo riusciti a compensare i costi in aumento attraverso processi pi\u00f9 efficienti e aumenti di produttivit\u00e0. Tuttavia, ora \u00e8 inevitabile un adeguamento dei prezzi di trasporto&#8221;, sottolinea Josef Hei\u00df.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Investimenti in produttivit\u00e0 e sostenibilit\u00e0<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Per l&#8217;anno fiscale 2025, la BTK prevede un fatturato di circa 110 milioni di euro, di cui circa l&#8217;otto percento nel settore della logistica contrattuale. Sei milioni di euro saranno investiti nell&#8217;espansione del parco veicoli, attualmente composto da 160 veicoli. Oltre a coprire i costi correnti, saranno acquistati due camion elettrici e 15 trattori a bio-LNG come sostituti dei camion a diesel. Inoltre, con un investimento di circa 400.000 euro, la digitalizzazione sar\u00e0 ulteriormente promossa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Per rimanere competitivi, le piccole e medie imprese nel settore della logistica devono aumentare continuamente la loro produttivit\u00e0. \u00c8 importante per noi farlo in modo sostenibile \u2013 senza effetti negativi sull&#8217;ambiente, sui dipendenti o sui partner.
