Sono state inflitte pesanti multe.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(K\u00f6ln) Una spedizione dalla Germania sudoccidentale ha incaricato, nell&#8217;arco di pochi mesi, due vettori stranieri con un totale di 449 trasporti, effettuati in violazione delle norme sul cabotaggio. In particolare, i vettori non avevano precedentemente effettuato trasporti transfrontalieri o non avevano rispettato il periodo di raffreddamento di quattro giorni (Cooling-off-Phase) dopo tre trasporti di cabotaggio.<\/p>\n<p>Tutti i committenti di servizi di trasporto hanno l&#8217;obbligo di garantire che gli imprenditori da loro incaricati dispongano di un&#8217;autorizzazione valida (ad es. licenza comunitaria, in breve: licenza UE) e che questa non venga utilizzata in modo non consentito.<\/p>\n<p>Se le norme sul cabotaggio siano state rispettate dai due vettori, la spedizione committente non ha verificato adeguatamente o garantito in altro modo.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Multe per le aziende e i direttori<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Il tribunale distrettuale di Colonia ha sanzionato i servizi di trasporto effettuati in modo non consentito con il sequestro di 72.700 EUR e multe contro il direttore responsabile per un totale di 17.928 EUR.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Estratto dal volantino sulla responsabilit\u00e0 del committente<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Per adempiere ai propri obblighi ai sensi dell&#8217;art. 7 c G\u00fcKG, il committente deve fondamentalmente fare tutto il possibile per accertarsi che il vettore esecutore (trasportatore) disponga di un&#8217;autorizzazione o di un diritto ai sensi del G\u00fcKG e delle necessarie autorizzazioni lavorative o certificati di guida per il personale di guida impiegato.
