A volte era possibile effettuare solo poco pi\u00f9 della met\u00e0 delle 20 cariche pianificate al giorno. La logistica \u00e8 diventata quindi un fattore limitante per la produzione.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Il concetto sviluppato da Wessels si compone di diversi elementi. Include due corse settimanali con treni completi tra Wittenberge e i porti marittimi di Amburgo e Bremerhaven - con container pieni in andata e container vuoti al ritorno. I restanti 50 km fino al produttore sono coperti da due camion a CNG che operano in shuttle. In questo modo, la soluzione di trasporto \u00e8 completamente sostenibile.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Il deposito portuale si sposta nell&#8217;entroterra<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>C&#8217;\u00e8 stata una modifica significativa in questo contesto per il deposito di container vuoti del porto. &#8220;Lo abbiamo trasferito al terminal di Wittenberge per stabilizzare la disponibilit\u00e0 dei container vuoti. Se necessario, ora possiamo anche fornire all&#8217;interno di tre ore&#8221;, afferma Wessels riguardo alla flessibilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Con fino a 700 posti per container da 40 piedi, il terminal gestito da ElbePort Wittenberge funge anche da magazzino intermedio. Infatti, i ritardi delle navi portano frequentemente alla necessit\u00e0 di adattare il pre-trasporto alla partenza attuale della nave. &#8220;Il deposito di container vuoti nelle immediate vicinanze ha anche consentito un&#8217;ottimizzazione dell&#8217;utilizzo delle rampe e il rispetto degli slot prenotati&#8221;, descrive Wessels il ruolo centrale. Ogni ora e mezza, i due camion a CNG pendolano tra Wittenberge e il produttore. A causa della breve distanza, non ci sono pi\u00f9 ritardi e le rampe disponibili possono essere utilizzate con oltre 20 carichi al giorno. In precedenza, i container vuoti arrivavano direttamente dal porto marittimo con camion e, a causa delle code ai terminal portuali e della situazione del traffico lungo il percorso, non erano sempre disponibili in tempo per il carico.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Problema di capacit\u00e0 risolto<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;Il collo di bottiglia alla rampa \u00e8 stato eliminato&#8221;, si rallegrano Wessels.
