Il nuovo edificio, di circa 10.800 metri quadrati e con 126 porte, sostituir\u00e0 gli hub centrali ed europei della cooperativa, attualmente separati, gestiti dal socio di CargoLine John Spedition a Eichenzell, vicino a Fulda. La posa della prima pietra nell&#8217;area nuova, situata in una posizione strategica tra le autostrade 4, 5 e 7, \u00e8 avvenuta nell&#8217;ottobre 2021, e l&#8217;inaugurazione \u00e8 prevista per il primo trimestre del 2023.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Francoforte sul Meno) &#8220;Registriamo da anni una crescita continua delle spedizioni; grazie a nuovi partner potenti, al boom nel segmento B2C e allo sviluppo positivo della nostra spedizione digitale Cargoboard, questo \u00e8 stato ulteriormente accelerato. Tuttavia, le capacit\u00e0 spaziali del nostro socio e fornitore di servizi hub John Spedition sono finite e non c&#8217;era possibilit\u00e0 per lui di acquisire un terreno adatto per una nuova struttura nella sua regione. Pertanto, abbiamo deciso di costruire un nuovo hub che possa crescere con noi grazie allo spazio disponibile e che gestiremo noi stessi&#8221;, spiega J\u00f6rn Peter Struck, presidente della direzione di CargoLine, e aggiunge: &#8220;Questa decisione strategica e lungimirante vale per noi un importo a doppia cifra in milioni. \u00c8 in linea con il nostro obiettivo di completare la rete attraverso l&#8217;aggiunta di ulteriori partner e sviluppare nuovi modelli di business digitali sotto la nostra controllata Cargo Digital World (CDW) in forma di start-up. Queste ultime dovrebbero arricchire il mercato della logistica di carichi parziali e completi, trasporto marittimo e logistica contrattuale, e garantire una crescita aggiuntiva delle spedizioni.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Situazione vantaggiosa per tutti<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La nuova struttura unir\u00e0 hub centrale ed europeo in un unico edificio. &#8220;In questo modo, sar\u00e0 possibile ottimizzare i processi di magazzino e di transito principale e ottenere tempi di arrivo anticipati per i camion nei depositi dei partner&#8221;, spiega Uwe Heinbach, project manager dell&#8217;hub. L&#8217;esperto designato per la pianificazione, organizzazione e gestione dei magazzini principali ha rafforzato dall&#8217;inizio dell&#8217;anno l&#8217;operativit\u00e0 della cooperativa di merci.<\/p>\n<p>Anche John Spedition beneficia del trasferimento: guadagna spazio a Eichenzell per la propria crescita. La vicinanza del futuro magazzino principale a quello attuale permetter\u00e0 a molti dipendenti di continuare la loro attivit\u00e0 presso la nuova sede dell&#8217;hub.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;John Spedition \u00e8 stato socio fondatore di CargoLine nel 1993 e gestisce il nostro hub centrale dal 1996. La cooperativa beneficia ancora oggi della lungimiranza e dell&#8217;expertise dell&#8217;ex proprietario e amministratore Klaus Schr\u00f6der, soprattutto perch\u00e9 la sua successora Birgit Bergemann e il suo team hanno portato avanti il suo lavoro con impegno negli ultimi undici anni&#8221;, afferma Struck.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Ecologicamente esemplare<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La cooperativa di merci utilizza il nuovo edificio anche per promuovere ulteriormente la protezione ambientale, che \u00e8 parte dei suoi valori e obiettivi. Secondo la pianificazione attuale, la struttura raggiunger\u00e0 il livello &#8220;Edificio Efficiente 40 EE&#8221;, superando di gran lunga i requisiti energetici legali. Questo \u00e8 dovuto principalmente all&#8217;alta percentuale di energie rinnovabili senza emissioni, come il calore ambientale. Queste copriranno ad esempio almeno il 74% del fabbisogno energetico totale necessario per il riscaldamento e il raffreddamento dell&#8217;edificio.
