La Commissione Europea ha annunciato un&#8217;indagine sul sospetto che i traffici Cargo vengano offerti a costi inferiori e che il deficit risultante venga continuamente compensato dai contratti di trasferimento dei profitti interni al gruppo. &#8220;Se, come si evince anche dal rapporto del &#8220;Tagesspiegel&#8221;, contemporaneamente la DB Netz realizza profitti significativi, i concorrenti finirebbero per cofinanziare la DB Cargo attraverso le loro tariffe di accesso&#8221;, afferma Westenberger.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Sospetto di finanziamento incrociato illecito?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Il sospetto di finanziamento incrociato illecito all&#8217;interno del gruppo si fa strada. &#8220;Un motivo in pi\u00f9 per la politica di rescindere immediatamente i contratti di controllo e trasferimento dei risultati tra il gruppo DB e la DB Netz e, in un secondo momento, di ristrutturare il settore infrastrutture in modo orientato al bene comune, come annunciato nel contratto di coalizione.&#8221; In una lettera al Ministro Federale dei Trasporti, l&#8217;associazione delle ferrovie merci chiede di affrontare le distorsioni della concorrenza nel mercato ferroviario, ma anche gli svantaggi per la DB Cargo e i suoi concorrenti, che derivano da un sostegno al trasporto merci su strada e dalle carenze qualitative nell&#8217;infrastruttura ferroviaria.
