Luminator Technology Group \u00e8 uno dei principali produttori mondiali di sistemi informativi digitali, impianti di videosorveglianza e soluzioni di illuminazione per il trasporto pubblico su autobus, treni e aerei<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n<p>(Neu-Ulm) &#8220;Un progetto complesso ci \u00e8 stato affidato dall&#8217;azienda Luminator con il trasferimento della sua sede da Ulm a Neu-Ulm. Esso comprende il trasferimento di stabilimenti di produzione e sviluppo, numerosi uffici, dell&#8217;area logistica inclusi IT e servizi aggiuntivi&#8221;, riporta Lothar Kniess, responsabile del progetto presso Harder Logistics. Il logista ha previsto circa quattro mesi per l&#8217;implementazione. Entro la fine di dicembre di quest&#8217;anno, tutto dovrebbe essere ricostruito nella nuova sede in Carl-Zeiss-Stra\u00dfe.<\/p>\n<p>In totale, si stima che saranno necessari circa 80 carichi di camion per trasportare l&#8217;intero inventario, afferma Kniess. Ci\u00f2 include circa 150 posti di lavoro. Nella nuova sede di Luminator a Neu-Ulm verranno sviluppati e prodotti indicatori fissi per fermate di autobus e treni. Inoltre, l\u00ec sar\u00e0 ospitato il centro tecnologico per display e controller, dove verranno prodotti moduli TFT per il mercato globale. I moduli TFT progettati secondo le esigenze dei clienti vengono realizzati e testati in camere bianche dedicate. A causa della particolare sensibilit\u00e0, lavoriamo con una tolleranza zero per gli errori&#8221;, afferma Kniess.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Soluzione speciale per il modulo della sala server<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Particolarmente complicato \u00e8 stato per Kniess inserire un modulo della sala server nel nuovo edificio. Il container DC CONT DataCenter Container completamente attrezzato di 20 piedi, inclusi UPS, climatizzazione, prevenzione incendi, rack RCS e pavimento rialzato, pesava circa otto tonnellate. La sua destinazione era il terzo piano dell&#8217;edificio industriale a otto metri di altezza. &#8220;Per manovrare il modulo attraverso l&#8217;apertura della facciata larga 3,5 m, abbiamo utilizzato la nostra costruzione speciale - una cosiddetta piattaforma di montaggio.
