I controlli in entrata, il caricamento e lo stoccaggio, la preparazione degli ordini e l&#8217;inventario sono ora gestiti digitalmente con una soluzione continua e user-friendly. Oltre al Warehouse Execution System (WES), anche la tecnologia di magazzino \u00e8 stata ottimizzata per ridurre al minimo i percorsi tra merce, ufficio magazzino e stampanti. I computer fissi e le stampanti sono stati sostituiti da 17 postazioni di lavoro mobili, dotate di stampanti per etichette mobili e handheld di Zebra. Sugli handheld \u00e8 in esecuzione l&#8217;app ZetesMedea, che guida il personale di magazzino attraverso i processi con istruzioni chiare e sicure. Zetes ha fornito l&#8217;hardware gi\u00e0 configurato.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Formazione minima, produttivit\u00e0 rapida<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>L&#8217;interfaccia intuitiva di ZetesMedea riduce al minimo la formazione necessaria per i dipendenti e le assistenze pratiche nell&#8217;app consentono una pianificazione del personale significativamente pi\u00f9 flessibile - a beneficio dei dipendenti e dell&#8217;azienda.<\/p>\n<p>Nel ricevimento merci di B\u00fchler, vengono gestite quotidianamente circa 450 posizioni con ZetesMedea. Gli ordini di prelievo generati da SAP appaiono con il luogo di stoccaggio e la quantit\u00e0 sul display degli handheld e vengono elaborati passo dopo passo dai preparatori degli ordini.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;implementazione di ZetesMedea \u00e8 stata completata molto pi\u00f9 rapidamente del previsto, in sole otto settimane. &#8220;L&#8217;attuazione \u00e8 stata impeccabile attraverso tutte le fasi del progetto.
