La popolazione svizzera ne beneficia quotidianamente: gli scaffali nei negozi sono riforniti, i rifiuti vengono smaltiti e il pacco con i vestiti ordinati online viene consegnato a casa. Tuttavia, ci\u00f2 comporta anche un carico sul traffico, sulla societ\u00e0 e sull&#8217;ambiente. Oggi il governo ha pubblicato uno studio di base al riguardo.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Ittingen) L&#8217;infrastruttura di trasporto in Svizzera \u00e8 continuamente sottoposta a una pressione crescente. La pressione grava in particolare sulle aree urbanizzate nelle agglomerazioni e sulle loro reti di trasporto: ad esempio, tram, furgoni, pedoni e taxi utilizzano simultaneamente gli spazi stradali limitati. Le tendenze sociali e tecnologiche intensificano questo sviluppo. La popolazione ordina sempre pi\u00f9 frequentemente beni su Internet. Pertanto, la fornitura e lo smaltimento su strada e ferrovia nelle aree urbane diventano pi\u00f9 impegnativi.<\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, finora mancava un&#8217;analisi differenziata su cosa comprenda esattamente il traffico commerciale. L&#8217;Ufficio federale dello sviluppo territoriale (ARE) ha quindi elaborato uno studio di base insieme agli uffici federali per le strade (ASTRA), i trasporti (BAV), l&#8217;ambiente (BAFU) e l&#8217;energia (BFE). Questo studio evidenzia che il dialogo tra le autorit\u00e0 e l&#8217;economia dovrebbe essere intensificato, ad esempio sulla questione se il traffico commerciale debba essere regolato o addirittura prioritizzato per migliorare il flusso del traffico. Il governo intende dedicarsi maggiormente a questo tema in futuro e contribuire al buon funzionamento del traffico commerciale con i suoi strumenti.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-15307\" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/Bundesamt_Raumentwicklung_2.11.21.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"621\" \/><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Definizione e sistematizzazione del traffico commerciale<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Lo studio si concentra sul traffico commerciale su strada, poich\u00e9 nelle aree urbane la ferrovia gioca un ruolo minore nella distribuzione fine. Il traffico commerciale si riferisce al trasporto di merci e persone che avviene per scopi commerciali o di servizio. In questo contesto, i servizi di fornitura e smaltimento per le aziende nel commercio, nell&#8217;artigianato e nell&#8217;industria o per il servizio pubblico sono al centro dell&#8217;attenzione. Il traffico commerciale su strada rappresenta circa il 16,5% del traffico stradale totale.<\/p>\n<p>Il traffico per scopi commerciali comprende tutti i viaggi delle aziende private, mentre il traffico per scopi di servizio comprende i viaggi del settore pubblico. Il percorso dei lavoratori verso i loro posti di lavoro non rientra in questa categoria.
