L&#8217;evento per i clienti dell&#8217;azienda di Bochum common solutions ha permesso, il 27 e 28 ottobre presso il Parkhotel Herne, agli utenti di contribuire in modo pi\u00f9 concreto e mirato allo sviluppo di storelogix e di esprimere le proprie esigenze nella gestione del magazzino. Durante interessanti presentazioni e workshop, si \u00e8 discusso di come storelogix possa portare vantaggi a tutti gli utenti e come possa migliorare ulteriormente in futuro.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Pressebox: Bochum\/Herne) Alla fine di ottobre, i clienti di storelogix sono stati invitati al Customer Circle. Insieme, si doveva discutere e confrontarsi su come il sistema di gestione del magazzino possa essere utilizzato in modo ancora pi\u00f9 ottimale e quali sfide devono essere affrontate in relazione alle future esigenze dei clienti nella gestione del magazzino. &#8220;Vogliamo mettere in primo piano uno scambio aperto e mirato con i nostri clienti e le loro idee pratiche. Per questo abbiamo creato il formato perfetto con il Customer Circle!&#8221;, afferma Holger Meinen, amministratore delegato di common solutions GmbH e principale responsabile di storelogix.<\/p>\n<p>I temi dell&#8217;evento sono stati progettati in modo molto variegato: analisi nella gestione del magazzino, innovazioni nei processi WMS e possibilit\u00e0 di ottimizzazione nella logistica. Nella keynote di Dewender Food Service sono state inoltre illustrate in modo concreto quali sono le esigenze nel magazzino per il settore del fulfillment e degli alimenti e perch\u00e9 un sistema flessibile come storelogix sia di grande importanza. Oltre a questo programma variegato, \u00e8 stato posto anche un focus sul workshop interattivo sulle espansioni del sistema. Qui sono stati trattati i molteplici aspetti della gestione del magazzino, sono state identificate potenzialit\u00e0 e, in accordo con tutti i partecipanti, sono state scelte quali evoluzioni del software offrano un valore aggiunto nei processi dei clienti. Infatti, per questi temi focali, l&#8217;azienda di Bochum mette a disposizione 500 giorni persona nello sviluppo software, che i clienti hanno attivamente contribuito a modellare con le loro scelte.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Evento come formato ricorrente<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Il team di storelogix desidera, attraverso un intenso scambio con gli utenti, adattare ancora meglio il sistema di gestione del magazzino alle esigenze degli utenti e consentire uno scambio diretto nelle evoluzioni. Un concetto che \u00e8 stato accolto positivamente dai clienti. \u00c8 gi\u00e0 certo che l&#8217;evento diventer\u00e0 in futuro un formato fisso e ricorrente. Holger Meinen \u00e8 entusiasta: &#8220;Siamo felici per il successo dell&#8217;apertura e per la pianificazione delle release concordata con i nostri clienti per il 2022.
