Anche il previsto bacino portuale 3 \u00e8 interessato.<\/p>\n<p>(Basilea) Il Gateway Basel Nord attraversa diverse procedure burocratiche nel suo percorso verso l&#8217;attuazione, in cui \u00e8 prevista anche la possibilit\u00e0 di azioni legali. Ad esempio, Swissterminal ha ottenuto, al termine della procedura di finanziamento (cofinanziamento del Gateway da parte della Confederazione), che la procedura debba essere ripetuta con il suo coinvolgimento.
