Acciaio in arrivo e rottami in partenza: lo shuttle tra Linz e la Baviera \u00e8 sempre pienamente utilizzato e viaggia con energia verde.<\/p>\n<p>(Linz\/Regensburg) Il nuovo &#8220;Bayern-Shuttle&#8221; di DB Cargo garantisce un approvvigionamento ecologico per l&#8217;industria automobilistica bavarese e i suoi fornitori. Senza emissioni di CO2, ogni giorno viene trasportato acciaio via ferrovia da voestalpine a Linz, in Austria, verso la Bassa e Alta Baviera e la regione dell&#8217;Alta Palatinato. Obiettivo: i grandi produttori di automobili della regione e le loro aziende fornitrici. In direzione opposta, i treni merci trasportano rottami dalle fabbriche automobilistiche verso l&#8217;acciaieria di Linz. In totale, vengono movimentate annualmente oltre mezzo milione di tonnellate. Il nuovo ciclo aiuta a proteggere l&#8217;ambiente e le strade a lungo raggio bavaresi-austriache.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Risparmio di 8.000 tonnellate di CO2<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>In aggiunta, voestalpine ha ordinato a DB Cargo energia ferroviaria e catene logistiche prive di CO2. Anche le emissioni di CO2 generate, ad esempio, dal trasporto su camion vengono compensate acquistando energia &#8220;verde&#8221; aggiuntiva per la rete ferroviaria. Inoltre, il partner logistico CargoServ utilizza esclusivamente energia &#8220;verde&#8221; CO2-neutrale nel tratto ferroviario austriaco.
