Il pesce pi\u00f9 importato \u00e8 stato il salmone, le cui importazioni sono aumentate del 25% tra il 2012 e il 2019; questo aumento quantitativo \u00e8 stato cinque volte pi\u00f9 dinamico rispetto a quello delle importazioni totali di pesce. La Norvegia ha mantenuto il primo posto come mercato di approvvigionamento.<\/p>\n<p>(Berna) Il consumo di pesce in Svizzera \u00e8 aumentato complessivamente: le importazioni sono passate da 33&#8217;576 tonnellate nel 2012 a 35&#8217;299 tonnellate (+ 5%) nel 2019. Ci\u00f2 corrisponde a una quantit\u00e0 di 4,1 chilogrammi di pesce e prodotti ittici pro capite. Tuttavia, nel corso di otto anni, la quantit\u00e0 importata pro capite \u00e8 diminuita di 80 grammi. A titolo di confronto: nello stesso periodo, le importazioni di carne e prodotti secondari commestibili sono diminuite da 102&#8217;652 a 82&#8217;301 tonnellate (- 20%).<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5703 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/Fischimport_26.9.20_3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"539\" height=\"316\" \/>La crescita pi\u00f9 significativa \u00e8 stata quella delle importazioni di salmone: in otto anni, le importazioni di salmone sono aumentate del 25%, passando da 11&#8217;000 a 14&#8217;000 tonnellate. Rispetto alle importazioni totali di pesce, le importazioni di salmone sono cresciute cinque volte pi\u00f9 rapidamente, aumentando la loro quota di 6 punti percentuali, dal 34% al 40%.<\/p>\n<h5>La maggior parte dei pesci proviene dall&#8217;Europa<\/h5>\n<p>La maggior parte dei pesci proviene dall&#8217;Europa (quota: 81%).
