Recentemente, un sistema di trasporto senza conducente (FTS) ha assunto tutti i trasporti di pallet a livello del suolo nel settore Healthcare presso il centro di distribuzione di Harsewinkel. Il sistema pu\u00f2 trasportare circa 400 pallet al giorno verso la loro rispettiva destinazione.<\/h4>\n<\/p>\n<p>(Harsewinkel, 24.01.2020) Presso il sito di Harsewinkel, Arvato fornisce, tra l&#8217;altro, servizi logistici su 31.000 m2 per clienti dell&#8217;industria farmaceutica e della tecnologia medica. Per alleviare il crescente trasporto interno di pallet e per contrastare la carenza di personale qualificato, Arvato ha investito in sei veicoli di trasporto senza conducente, sviluppati dal specialista Jungheinrich. Questo aiuta anche a sollevare i dipendenti esistenti, affinch\u00e9 possano dedicarsi a compiti pi\u00f9 qualificati.<\/p>\n<p>I sei veicoli, nominati dopo noti supereroi come Hulk, Batman o Superman, si dirigono verso i magazzini, l&#8217;entrata e l&#8217;uscita delle merci, nonch\u00e9 l&#8217;area di smaltimento per svuotare i contenitori dei rifiuti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGrazie alle interfacce tra l&#8217;FTS e il software di gestione del magazzino, cos\u00ec come alla tecnologia di trasporto, ogni movimento di pallet ha integrato un aggiornamento di stato. In questo modo possiamo monitorare in tempo reale dove si trova un pallet\u201d, spiega Erich Berg, project manager senior di Arvato. Inoltre, il sistema gestisce i trasporti per i pallet di uscita delle merci completate.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI sistemi di trasporto senza conducente sono il cuore di una intralogistica automatizzata.
