WCA World appoints two new directors
Harald Oechsner (left) and Steve Howard (right) have joined WCA World, an independent freight forwarding network, as director – e-commerce and director world parcel alliance, respectively.
Oechsner has worked closely with WCA World members for over 25 years so is well placed to drive the vision of WCA World’s e-commerce networks in a way that delivers for its members. He has lived and worked in over eleven countries around the world, held several senior positions in multinational logistic companies and thus gained a profound understanding of international logistics and e-commerce shipping.
Howard will bring to WCA World over 33 years’ experience in the trucking and final mile industry in the Americas. He is past president of the Customised Logistics and Delivery Association, having been on the board for 14 years. (cj)
