From US congress to CAA
The Cargo Airline Association (CAA), an advocacy organisation for the air cargo industry, has named Brianna Manzelli as managing director for legislative policy.
Manzelli joins CAA from Senator Mitt Romney’s office where she served as senior advisor and communications director, focusing on major policy initiatives including the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. She brings ten years of experience working in the US congress and administration on aviation initiatives.
In her new role, Manzelli will lead legislative policy on a broad range of issues for the air cargo industry and represent CAA members before the congress and other government agencies. She will work closely with CAA members to advance legislative priorities that ensure the safety, security, efficiency, and resiliency in this sector. (cj)
