From Grosvenor to Segro
Segro, a real estate investment trust based in the UK, has appointed Anna Bond as head of the trust’s western corridor business, to oversee development and asset management in the Thames Valley, including the Slough Trading Estate, Heathrow Airport and the M4 corridor portfolio. This region has GBP 5.3 billion of assets under management, making it the largest in the group.
Bond has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. Most recently she was executive director in Grosvenor’s UK property business. Since joining Grosvenor in 2008 she has also held senior positions in its flagship London estate. Bond has also driven Grosvenor’s first net-zero office building at Holbein Gardens in Belgravia and other recent development milestones. (cj)
