Benedikte Leroy joins DSV board of directors
DSV’s shareholders elected Benedikte Leroy as a new member of the board of directors at its annual general meeting on 17 March. Leroy replaced Annette Sadolin, who didn’t seek re-election.
Leroy is currently a senior vice-president and global general counsel at Volvo Trucks. She has extensive experience in technology legal compliance, ethics, ESG and acquisition and divestment of enterprises, gained from her international leadership roles in various industrial sectors.
“I’m honoured to have been elected to DSV’s board of directors, and am looking forward to contributing to the agendas with the chair, the board members, the executive board and the entire organisation,” Benedikte Leroy said. (cj)
