Zim to maintain reefer tracking system
Global cargo shipper and Tel Aviv-based Zim Shipping Lines has announced a five-year contract extension with Arrowspot Systems, further enhancing their existing partnership. Arrowspot will continue to operate its innovative 24/7 control centre as part of Zim’s ‘ZIMonitor’ service, which offers remote tracking, monitoring, and control for reefer containers transporting sensitive, high-value cargo.
This partnership aims to reduce cargo damage and waste, emphasising sustainability and reliability in global logistics. Arrowspot’s ‘Arrowatch 24/7’ uses advanced algorithms and a skilled team to provide real-time responses to critical issues, ensuring proactive service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
The companies said that the collaboration underlines their commitment to innovative, sustainable cargo solutions and operational excellence. (pb)
