YRC Worldwide names interim CFO
YRC Worldwide, the Kansas-based holding company for a portfolio of American logistics brands including Holland, New Penn, Reddaway, YRC Freight and HNRY Logistics, has announced that Jamie Pierson has resigned as the CFO and from the board of directors. This departure does not reflect any disagreements about the company’s past financial reports or disclosures.
Dan Olivier has been appointed as interim CFO, effective immediately. Olivier has 22 years with the company, including twelve years as VP of finance at Holland and most recently as VP, financial planning and analysis at YRC Worldwide.
