XPO picks Remy Guyot
XPO, a major provider of freight transportation services, has appointed Remy Guyot as business development director, Key PL – Europe.
Guyot has a dual background in industrial engineering and sales, with experience in strategic change management for transport and logistics operations in the United States, Mexico and China. He holds a graduate degree in engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne (EMSE) and a master’s degree in financial engineering from Emlyon Business School.
Through its Key PL solution, XPO offers a 4PL service tailored to customer verticals, including technology, automotive, chemical, building, food packaging and distribution. The company provides customised transport planning and procurement, digital tracking of shipments in transit, freight payments and reporting. (cj)
