Xpediator raises expectations for 2021
UK-based Xpediator, an international freight management company, has raised its financial outlook for the full year on the basis of its good results in H1/2021. As stated in the general meeting on 8 June 2021, demand for the group's services in all three divisions has been strong.
Prior to the meeting, CEO Robert Ross, who took the reins in January 2020, had already underlined that 'the pandemic did not have a negative impact', on results. In 2020, the group's turnover amounted to GBP 221.2 million (2019: GBP 213.2 million), an increase of 3.7%. The board now believes that the business is well placed to deliver a full year adjusted profit before tax in excess of GBP 8.5 million. (sh)
