Working on Warsaw West
CTP is expanding its Polish portfolio with a new 85,000 sqm investment plot in the Wiskitki municipality near Warsaw.
The developer will be looking to build on its existing CT Park Warsaw West by adding around 36,000 sqm of leasable space. The site can be used by tenants from various sectors, including 3PL, automotive, industry or trade. It is within 10 km of the planned central transport port and close to a motorway connecting Warsaw, Poznan and Berlin.
Development is in progress at CT Park West, and new floorspace will be delivered for use by the end of the year. Two more buildings are planned to be completed in 2025. Ultimately, the park will total 279,000 sqm.
CTP is focused on the Mazoiva/Warsaw region and has amassed five investments in the area. All in all, the company plans to allocate EUR 300 million a year for development projects in Poland. (mk)
