Welcoming back an old friend
Steven Day rejoins Transmec UK as a branch manager at the logistics provider’s London hub. Transmec moved this office to a 15,330 sqm site at London Gateway Logistics Park last year.
Having already worked for the company in the early 2000s, Day will now leverage his expertise on the Italian market and his leadership skills to bring the company forward.
He will work closely with Transmec’s UK general manager, Imram Mohammed and initially plans to expand the hub’s vehicle fleet and thus its capacity for contract logistics. This will help the company serve its customers in the manufacturing, fashion, pharmaceutical and food industries. (mk)
