Andreas Boedeker (photo), former head of global ocean freight at DHL Global forwarding, and Claude Lebel, former executive of CMA-CGM and OOCL, will join the advisory board of Worldwide Consultants Logistics (WCL) with immediate effect. In addition, Martin Sieg, recently a member of the advisory board and a partner, has returned to the WCL management team and been appointed managing director, effective 1 February 2021.

Having recently celebrated his 65th birthday beforehand, the founder of WCL, Hans J. Willam, has given thoughts to the future development of the company. Willam, who has been the advisory board’s chairman since 2017, will remain in his role and also focus on expanding the company’s business in Americas.
