As a result of this acquisition Vos Logistics has one of the largest distribution networks in the Benelux with 65,000 sqm of storage and cross-dock facilities in the heart of the Netherlands.

Toine van Gils, managing director Vos Logistics Solutions: "The acquisition is a confirmation of our good cooperation that has been lasting for many years. The cultures of both companies fit well together and we are complementary with regard to our services. This will certainly help us with the integration."
