Van der Ploeg promoted in Rotterdam
Karl Gross International, the Rotterdam-based unit of the Karl Gross Group, from Bremen (Germany), has appointed Jeroen van der Ploeg as its new director.
Van der Ploeg has been with Karl Gross for 18 years, gaining extensive experience in forwarding operations. He’s already held various roles in the Rotterdam branch, contributing to the company’s growth and operational efficiency there. Before his promotion, he served as operations supervisor, overseeing key aspects of the business and ensuring smooth logistics processes.
In his new role, Van der Ploeg will focus on strengthening Karl Gross’ position in the Dutch market, optimising supply chain solutions and driving further business development. Karl Gross Group, a globally active forwarding company, provides tailored logistics solutions in various industries, specialising in complex transport projects and international supply chain management.
