US merger in omnichannel business
Louisville (KY)-based MHS Global, which develops solutions for material flows, has joined forces with software company Fortna, which is headquartered in Atlanta. The two companies will now operate jointly under the Fortna brand. MHS Global brings in over 2,500 employees at locations in North America, Europe, and Asia.
The providers of omnichannel and parcel distribution solutions will now work under the same roof. The portfolio ranges from network strategies and future planning to the design and delivery of distribution centres, automated warehouse and intralogistics systems and robotics. (sh)
