Tyremotive: an eco-friendly facility in Kitzingen
Tyremotive, a manufacturer and wholesaler of wheels and tyres, has moved into its new warehouse in the Kitzingen industrial park, which is located between Frankfurt and Nuremberg and is connected to both the A3 and A7 motorways.
In accordance with the sustainable building concept developed by Scannell Properties, the warehouse includes charging stations for electric vehicles, a local heating system, a photovoltaic system, etc. It is Scannell's eleventh project in Germany.
Christian Leibold, managing director of Tyremotive: "With the move into this new, state-of-the-art warehouse, the expansion of our product range will not be a problem. The newest automated technology will enable us to guarantee same-day delivery." (mk)
