Two moves for Ebenezer in Singapore
Ebenezer Logistics took over the Singapore-based Havi Logistics, a specialist for the transport and storage of temperature-sensitive goods, on 29 December 2023, thus adding multiple assets in the cold chain sector to its portfolio. The deal includes 2,787 sqm of cold storage capacity at Pandan Loop.
Founded in 1994 with a primary focus on the oil & gas sector, Ebenezer expanded in 2013 by venturing into CNC precision engineering. The company entered the solar energy market in 2018 and expanded into the logistics sector in 2021.
In addition to the acquisition, Ebenezer also signed an energy purchase agreement in a project to help the land transport authority in Singapore power its headquarters with sustainable photovoltaic systems. (mk)
