Twelve roundtrips between Luxembourg and Trieste
Mars Logistics, DFDS and CFL multimodal have formed a partnership to expand their service offering on the Europe-Turkey route. The three partners are convinced that this cooperation will increase the attractiveness of their multimodal services, including railfreight and sea freight.
By Q4/2019, the number of rotations will be increased to twelve roundtrips per week between Bettembourg-Dudelange (Luxembourg) and Trieste (Italy). The multimodal hub of Luxembourg provides further daily rail shuttles to Ghent (Belgium) and Zeebrugge (the Netherlands), with ferry connections to UK and Scandinavia.
Other intermodal connections include Antwerp (Belgium), Lyon (France), Poznan (Poland, planned for 2020), Le Boulou (France) and Barcelona (Spain). (ben)
