Turkka Kuusisto takes the helm
Finnair has a new CEO. Turkka Kuusisto joins the airline from Posti Group Corporation, where he has served as CEO since 2020. Prior to that, Kuusisto held senior leadership positions in Posti Group Corporation and in Lindorff Group.
“I am happy to welcome Kuusisto to take the helm of Finnair and drive the next phases of its strategy. Finnair has restored its profitability after the historic double crisis, and the company is well positioned to continue to build a sustainable future with its network that covers multiple destinations in Europe and Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas,” says Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae, chair of Finnair’s board of directors.
