Turkish Cargo joins Animal Transportation Association
Turkish Cargo has become a member of the Animal Transportation Association (ATA), one of the international organisations which aims to transport live animals under safe and ideal conditions.
Members of the non-profit ATA include airlines, freight forwarders, marine companies, public institutions, universities, research agencies, animal breeders and veterinarians. The body supports regulations governing the international requirements for live animal transport, as well as any and all initiatives taken to that end.
The Istanbul-based carrier also adheres to all Iata's live animals regulations in its acceptance, storage and transport processes for the live animal transport service it provides. (ah)
