TT Club pledges support for 2024
TT Club has announced that it will continue to sponsor the Tapa Emea ‘young supply chain resilience professional’ award in 2024. With this contribution, the provider of insurance and related risk management services to the international transport and logistics industry aims to encourage career development in cargo security and enhance resilience in the supply chain.
Entries must be submitted before the closing deadline of 19 April 2024 and the winner will join TT at Tapa Emea’s annual conference in Amsterdam on 12 and 13 June to receive the award.
In 2023, the award was won by Sjef Boekestijn of Boekestijn Transport Service, for his entry on the creation of a new automated security auditing tool linked to clients’ standard operating procedures. Boekestijn Transport is headquartered in the Netherlands and Sjef Boekestijn is based in Poznan, Poland. As part of his award, he was welcomed to London, where he presented his solution to TT colleagues. (cj)
