Trucking lobbyists elect CCO
American Trucking Associations (ATA) has hired Mario Grande as the organisation’s chief commercial officer. He will oversee membership sales and operations, product development and marketing for the association, as well as sales operations for the trade publication Transport Topics, owned by parent company ATA.
Grande has profound experience across print and digital publishing and advertising, events and creative services. Prior to joining ATA, he served as VP and general manager at The Townsend Group, where he oversaw revenue generation for a portfolio of over twenty industry associations.
Grande also served as VP of advertising and events at CQ Roll Call, a division of The Economist Group, where he doubled the organisation’s events revenue within one year. (amh)
