Triple investment in Northern Germany
CHI Group, an air cargo handler founded in 1994 and based in Frankfurt (Germany), recently acquired shares in three companies in the Hamburg metropolitan area.
Tri-Log International, Innovative Quality Logistics and Uwe Marx Transporte offer forwarding (sea and airfreight) as well as trucking, transportation brokerage and customs clearance services. Together, they employ some 100 staff, operate a fleet of over 50 vehicles, and run three warehouses in Norderstedt and directly at Hamburg Airport.
“With the stake in the three companies in Hamburg, we are expanding our network in addition to the stations in Frankfurt, Nuremberg, and Munich,” explained Dominik Misskampf, who, along with Emil Djurov and Robert Michler, was appointed to the companies’ management boards. (sh)
