Trial started at service station in Austria
LTE (Logistics & Transport Europe) has just celebrated its 20th anniversary. The company started with cement transports from Marchegg to Waldmühle in Austria - at that time still under the license of its mother company GKB, the Graz-Köflacher Bahn and Busbetrieb.
Today, two decades later, the LTE-group has spun a dense network across Europe, with more than 500 employees, a modern locomotive fleet, and various subsidiaries and sister companies in Europe.
LTE is now launching trial operations at the service station in Gramatneusiedl, Austria, which is a collaboration between ÖBB, ELL (European Locomotive Leasing) and LTE. (ben)
