Treviso and Frosinone added to network
ÖBB Rail Cargo Group (RCG) is expanding its nationwide network (Transnet) between Austria and Italy and now linking Treviso and Frosinone with Villach.
Treviso is served with one round trip per week. It is a transhipment point for goods and the hub for goods traffic between Northern and Southern Europe. Frosinone - an important railway junction in the Lazio region - is served on request.
From Villach, RCG’s new service now operates trains to ten Italian destinations several times a week. These end-to-end logistics solutions include the organisation of pre- and on-carriage, wagonload and container transport as well as additional services such as warehouse logistics and customs handling.
