Trans-o-flex's Tapa triumph
Trans-o-flex’s entire “ThermoMed Austria” (TMA) network has now been certified with the FSR-C 2023 standard, ensuring the safety of its temperature-controlled operations. The logistics provider has received a Tapa certification for its newly opened branch in Lebring, Austria, signifying that the Transported Asset Protection Association approves the facility’s safety devices, personnel training, and handling processes.
As TMA transports medicines within the range of 2 to 8°C as well as 15 to 25°C, the safety of the cold chain is of major importance. With this certification, TMA’s network in Austria is now completely certified in accordance with the safety standards. The hubs in Grossebersdorf (Lower Austria), Regau (Upper Austria), Fritzens (Tyrol), and Lebring are also connected to networks in Germany and Benelux. (mk)
