Tosca has acquires Contraload
Tosca, a provider of reusable packaging and supply chain solutions, has finalised the acquisition of Contraload NV, a company that specialises in plastic pallet pooling services in the United Kingdom and European Union.
The takeover enables Tosca to service supply chains end to end, from the first mile to the last mile. It also expands Tosca’s geographic reach and increases its product portfolio. The combined company offers customers more flexibility and better service.
Headquartered in Aartselaar, Belgium, Contraload is a major provider of upstream reusable plastic pallets and bulk containers for the FMCG industry and other commercial markets in Europe.
