Tiaca starts digital ACF with people-focused session
Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, the International Air Cargo Association is organising a wholly digital version of its Air Cargo Forum (ACF) this year and inviting interested persons to register for six sessions scheduled until 10 December, starting with yesterday's (1 December 2020) "People4Cargo".
After Steven Polmans, chair of Tiaca's board of directors, made opening remarks about the three pillars of the air cargo business (people - planet - prosperity), the panel collected insights of some of the industry's most listened-to executives: Jessica Tyler, president of cargo & VP of airport excellence, American Airlines Cargo, highlighted the importance of teams behind every project, while Dorothea von Boxberg, Lufthansa Cargo CCO & member of the executive board, stressed the role of communication within the staff.
