Three projects for Glencar
Glencar, a British construction company specialising in the industrial, logistics, distribution and manufacturing sectors, has secured three new contracts valued at GBP 20 million (EUR 22.1 million). The project sites are in Northampton, Dartford and Witham, Essex.
The projects include a 40,000 sqm warehouse/logistics unit being developed speculatively by GLP at its G-Park Northampton development, a five-unit 54,000 sqm speculative industrial scheme for Wrenbridge and its funding partner Railpen in Dartford and a two-unit warehouse scheme totalling 14,000 sqm for Tungsten Properties at Eastways, Witham. Construction works on all three projects are already in progress. (sh)
