The French-Belgian connection
The French Groupe Heppner is taking over the Belgian family-run forwarding and logistics company Dina Logistics which is headquartered in Brussels.
With this new purchase, Heppner, which is already represented in the Netherlands by Heppner Hacas, continues its international growth strategy in the Benelux countries. Dina Logistics’ network allows the company to deliver goods to all Benelux regions within 24 hours.
Dina Logistics was founded by the de Koker family in 2007 and generated a turnover of EUR 12 million in 2021. It currently employs around 100 people.
At its location in Ternat, to the west of Brussels, the company has an area of 12,000 sqm comprising an office building, a 5,000 sqm warehouse and 32 loading bridges. (sh)
