THE Alliance till the end of 2020
The alliance of Hapag-LLoyd, HMM, ONE and Yang Ming, called THE Alliance, has announced service adjustments to better match resources and "fluctuating demand" of the global shipping market.
Between Asia and North Europe, the FP1, FP2, FE2, and FE3 will maintain weekly sailings in December, except for week 49, when FP2 will be void. THE Alliance will continue to operate the FE4 extra loader programme in December. The respective lines will separately provide advice regarding participation in this service.
Asia and the Mediterranean MD1, MD2 and MD3 will also maintain their weekly sailings in December, except for week 51, when MD3 will be void. Transpacific – West Coast All PSW (including India leg for PS3) and PNW loops remain unchanged in December as well.
With regards to the Transpacific/East Coast services, all USEC loops will maintain their weekly sailings in December, except for week 50, when EC3 will be void and week 52, when EC3 will be void. The Asia – Middle East AG1 will remain merged with AG3, the AG2 and AG3 will maintain all sailings in December.
All transatlantic loops will maintain their weekly sailings in December, except for weeks 50, when AL4 will be void and week 53, when AL1 and AL4 will be void. (cd)
