Tapa certification for hub in Roissy
In May, Bolloré Logistics' Roissy CDG Hub was awarded Tapa's (Transported Asset Protection Association – Facility Security Requirements) FSR A 2020 certification.
This certification targets the requirements of major players in the pharmaceutical, luxury goods and defence sectors, as well as all exporters of sensitive or high-value products. The TAPA FSR A certification is awarded to facilities that meet the highest safety standards and is obtained following a rigorous audit by an independent certification body.
In a market where the security of goods is a key concern, this internationally recognised certification ensures that Bolloré Logistics' Roissy warehouse is ready to protect goods against theft and cargo diversion.
"The site and building have been given additional security features, including enhanced video surveillance systems and improved processes and equipment to protect sensitive, high-value products,” said Nicholas Gilbert, head of security France at Bolloré Logistics. (sh)
