Takeovers pay off for ID Logistics
In Q1/2022, France-based ID Logistics saw its total revenues grow by an impressive 23.7 % to EUR 539 million (+15.1% like-for-like). In France, ID Logistics recorded a 12.9% increase in revenue to EUR 204.2 million, which included the consolidation of Colisweb. Without Colisweb, growth amounted to +7.9%.
On the international field, turnover rose by 31.1% and reached EUR 334.8 million (+20.3% like-for-like). These figures include the recent takeovers of GVT, a company acquired at the end of 2021 in Benelux, and Kane Logistics acquired in USA in February this year.
ID Logistics launched four new facility sites during Q1/2022. The group recently underlined that it does not carry out any commercial activity in Ukraine and that its turnover in Russia is less than 1% of total revenues. New investments in this country have been suspended. (sh)
