Tahiti adopts Fetia for port digitalisation
MGI has launched Fetia, the Polynesian version of its Ci5 port community system, at the port of Papeete in Tahiti. This initiative, effective from 1 August 2024, aims to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and speed of port operations by streamlining cargo management processes.
MGI’s team, led by Mélodie Akad and Florian Nadal, is on-site to ensure a smooth transition. The first official use of Fetia occurred with the arrival of the “Melanesian Chief” on 15 August 2024. (pb)
