Switching to fully synthetic fuels
In order to reduce its carbon footprint, Swiss transport company Wanner has purchased five new Renault T480 T4x2 High trucks. The vehicles can be operated with fully synthetic fuels, cutting consumption by 5% to 10%.
The new T480 T4x2 High trucks will primarily be used in the Dutch market, where they will transport plants and seedlings. However, when prepared for walking floor hydraulics, they will also be deployed in Switzerland, in tipper operations, for example.
The family-owned company offers international transports as well as general cargo solutions in Switzerland and the Netherlands, thermal and loose transports, tipper services and crane transports, special transports, winter services and dredging including the logistics required. (ben)
