Swiss rail manufacturer expands in the USA
As of 1 January 2025, Stadler Rail’s location in the USA will be separated from the Swiss division. The US headquarters was established in Salt Lake City (UT) in 2016. Stadler USA has grown rapidly in recent years and its product range has expanded.
At the end of October 2024, the company began to enlarge the plant. To support and strengthen the growth of the business, the company’s board of directors has now decided to separate the US location from the Swiss division, which is based in Bussnang.
Head of the new US division will be Martin Ritter, who already manages the site today. Ritter also will join the group management board. (ben)
