Swiss logistics software heads north
Xplanis, a Swiss provider of software solutions for the logistics sector, has opened a new office in Germany. The company’s transport management system X4Fleet focuses on helping smaller enterprises to digitalise their process even without IT savviness.
The Swiss road transport association Astag uses the software as a training material for dispatchers. Around 250 customers already deploy X4Fleet, including German companies such as Migrol, Strada Kurier, and many more.
The new company Xplanis Deutschland will be headed by Volker Möller, managing director (pictured above) and Tobias Hässler, director of sales. Xplanis sees its German venture as a first step towards expanding into international markets and creating a global network. (mk)
