Support for logistics properties
A support circle was recently founded by the German Logistics Association (BVL)’s logistics real estate theme group. The companies Deka Immobilien, DSV Solutions, LIP Invest, Logivest, Wisag and Logix, a logistics real estate initiative, are the first sponsors to participate in the circle for exchanging real estate knowledge.
The funds will be used, inter alia, to develop a website that will provide useful articles, checklists and trend-setting articles in the field of logistics real estate.
Kuno Neumeier, spokesman of the BVL logistics real estate theme group, underscored: “The contributions and the website are intended to raise the visibility of the logistics property sector and encourage an understanding of facility users’ strategies.”
The circle is still open for other users of logistics facilities – regardless of whether they are car manufacturers, suppliers or logistics service providers. (mw)
